In this Practice I do not see the BodyMindSoul as separate things. Often in Spiritual spaces we see the “Mind, Body, Soul connection” written out with spaces and commas, but here they are One Entity. You do not affect the Body without also affecting the MindSoul. You do not affect the Soul without inherently affecting the BodyMind. This is one of the main reasons modalities like Reiki, Soul Retrieval, and other Spiritual Healing Practices are often used to heal a Physical and/or Mental issuea.

Although I offer Spiritual and Energetic services in this regard, I generally like to address the Body first and here’s why: Patriarchal-Capitalism has taken away our relationship with our Bodies just as they took away our relationship with the Land. The Land and our Bodies are the same. We are of the Earth, not above it, and never separate. Our labor, our BodyMindSoul, is seen as a resource to be harvested and extracted, just like the Trees, Minerals, and Water- for profit. We can see the effects of this conditioning even in Spiritual circles, where we are told to address physical issues solely through Spiritual practice: “sickness is a low frequency, you just need to raise your vibration”, “You don’t need medication, you just need meditation”, “It’s not your Body, it’s your Soul-Contract”; “Thoughts and Prayers” as Food, “Love and Light” as Shelter. - never tangible help or action, always in the Astral.

In a Reality where our Autonomy is taken from us through violent disruption of our connection to the Physical, Tangible, Body-Land - it would be irresponsible to only provide Spiritual and Philosophical remedies in response to this system of oppression. - This is Root Chakra Work, which is why I offer this Practice- Radical Energy, in the shape of the Body. It is an Invitation to return to harmonized Relationship with Ourselves, and with the Land we are inherently connected to, in order to create a solid foundation of Healing for the Collective. ~ It starts with You, Me, Us. ✌️🌈
