Journeywork & Guided Meditations
Utilizing techniques from Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Shamanic Practices* & Hypnotherapy with emphasis on post-Journey Integration, these sessions help you bridge the connection between the Body, Mind, & Soul-Spirit.
This Work is great for getting to the root of a physical/ mental/ emotional Symptom or Illness, as well as connecting with the Subconscious, Inner-Child or other parts of yourself that need their voices heard. We can also connect with your Spirit Guides as well as your “Shadow” and/or “Higher” Selves. I also recommend using this Service in combination with Reiki, Craniosacral and/or Massage Therapies.
We follow the Medicine, but ultimately You are in charge of your own Journey.

Candle Spells
Reiki Healing Energy Cleanses
Reiki is both a Hands-On Practice and can also be used for Distance Healing. Sessions are typically 60 minutes, and it is recommended (by me specifically) to take the rest of the day to integrate & rest after a working, but it’s up to you, and it won’t “ruin” the working if you have to run off somewhere afterwards. Again this energy can be subtle, or it can be intense depending on the person or the working, and is always performed with the intention for the Highest Good & Vibration for the Practitioner & Client. <3
Reiki is a powerful Healing force downloaded by Master Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. It works on the subtle energetic fields i.e. the Aura, Chakras, & Meridian pathways and has also proven to be a powerful & effective physical healing tool as well. It works on Humans, Plants, Animals, & Crystals, and is one of my absolute favorite healing modalities due to its versatility & philosophy of practice: “Today only, Anger not, Worry not, Do your work with Appreciation, Be kind to people.” -Master Mikao Usui
Medical Astrology Readings
Medical Astrology is the reading of a Natal/ Birth Chart to understand the constitution of a person, as well as health strengths, challenges, or even acute issues and predispositions.
We’ll look at your chart together and talk about the energetics at play. What signatures to look out for, maybe come up with some herbal remedies or suggestions for what to “keep an eye on” regarding your physical, mental, or emotional, wellbeing.
