This Offering is a safe space to discuss matters of Life, Heart, Body, Mind, & Soul. Sometimes we just need to be heard, or get something off our chest. Sometimes we need advice, guidance, or to be asked the right question. This offering can be used like a Confession or Heart-to-Heart, or a Back-and-Forth discussion on any topic. I invite you here to the altar of Honesty, Vulnerability, & Alchemy, to speak from the soul & let be heard what needs to be said. ~ All walks of Life & Faith are welcome.* 🕯️
I include techniques from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), & Hypnotherapy with emphasis on post-Journey Integration to help you bridge the connection between the Body, Mind, & Soul-Spirit. I also provide tools & exercises towards the end of the call to help you integrate what we uncover together.
This Work is great for getting to the root of a Physical Symptom or Illness, Emotional Blocks, Subconscious/ Inner-Parts of ourselves that need their voices heard, or even our Spirit Guides.
We follow the Medicine, but ultimately, you are in charge of your own Journey. -I also recommend using this Service in combination with Reiki, Craniosacral and/or Massage Therapies.
